The Montana Assembly formed the Tax Relief Committee to research and develop lawful remedies for the people of Montana State regarding property taxes and income taxes. Taxes have been levied without the permission of we the people upon most facets of life either in the form of extracting money for the privilege of dwelling on land purchased with private funds, extracting money for the privilege of performing some type of labor, to licensing requirements which also extract hard earned money from we the people. The following are just some examples of the tax burden the present Territorial and Municipal governments place upon we the people depending upon the different states’ codes, statues, rules and laws.

  • Business taxes
  • Fuel permit tax
  • Gasoline tax
  • Inheritance tax
  • IRS Penalties
  • Liquor tax
  • State income tax
  • Luxury taxes
  • Marriage license tax
  • Medicare tax
  • Property tax
  • Real estate tax
  • Septic permit tax
  • Service charge taxes
  • Social Security tax
  • Road usage taxes (commercial truckers)
  • Sales taxes
  • Recreational vehicle tax
  • School taxes
  • State income tax
  • State unemployment tax
  • Telephone federal excise tax
  • Traffic fines (indirect taxation)
  • Utility taxes
  • Vehicle License Registration tax
  • Workers Compensation tax

Developing methods of lawfully refusing to participate in various forms of taxation is the purpose and goals of the Tax Relief Committee. As information is gathered and then approved by the Town Square Committee, it will be published/posted for use by the people of Montana State. As with all committee efforts, we the people of the Montana Assembly want to help people regain their God given freedoms under Common Law, the highest law of the land, so that they can live life free from the bondage and slavery that has been imposed upon them over the last 100 years by those government entities that were originally hired to perform specific tasks for we the people, but who have over stepped their original purpose and duties and have developed into the system running local, state and federal governments today.
