About Us

Montana Assembly

The Montana Assembly is a member of the Federation of Union States of/for/by the united States of America, unincorporated.

When the founding fathers established the lawful government under the constitution, it was to protect we the people. Therefore, the people were meant to be the highest level of authority through forming what were called “Jural Assemblies” which were simply groups of local people meeting to discuss how to self-govern their county and their State under Common Law, also referred to as God’s law or that law which is common to all mankind. The original plan for self government never included the incorporated foreign entities we have today that claim to be the lawful government and which have enacted rules, regulation, statutes and codes that have enslaved we the people.

The two Federal subcontractors pretending to be our lawful government are the British Territorial government and the Pope’s Municipal government. Over time, the Assembly form of government lapsed, being replaced by what we have today. But the Assembly form of government was never abolished and has always been a lawful entity waiting to be resurrected and restored by we the people. So to restore our lawful government, all fifty States now have Assemblies that are in session and functioning with the purpose of restoring our lawful government of, by, and for we the people. The Montana Assembly Town Square is a site operated by The Montana Assembly for the sole purpose of informing, not only those people who have corrected their status as “US Citizens” to that of American State Nationals, but also those people in Montana who have yet to reclaim their status as free Americans not bound by the corporate local, county and state governments of issues, actions, and outcomes important to all who are living within the geographical borders of the State. As such, interactions with the various corporate entities, both state and federal, regarding various issues are/will be posted to this site under the specific Committees that have been formed to address specific issues and concerns.

The Montana Assembly is made up of like-minded people that are standing on the Land and Soil in Montana. We are a non-partisan and peaceful group seeking to help restore lawful government in the State of Montana that is truly run by the people of Montana through the committee process. As such, all Americans can participate and have a voice if desired. The Montana Assembly Town Square (TMATS) is just one of the committees of The Montana Assembly. We hope you find this site informative and helpful.
