Clean Resources

Committee Purpose / Goals

Montana Assembly

We, the People of Montana, treasure the state we live on. We are a resilient, resourceful, neighborly, yet fiercely independent people. We work hard and play harder. We value the wide-open spaces, blue skies, and clean air we fill our lungs with. We depend on the pristine waters that bubble up from mountain springs, that flow in the rivers and streams, and fill our sparkling lakes and underground aquifers to quench our crops, our livestock, and our children. We cherish our land and soil and the resources within it. We care about the health of the soil because we realize it affects the health of our people. Growing food, raising animals, nurturing our families, building our businesses; these are the values shared by Montanans.

We believe that all Montanans are created equal, endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. We believe that government is created to protect those rights and the property of the People, and that it derives its just powers from the consent of the People. If the government fails to secure these rights, the People must withdraw consent.

Committee Actions

On July 3, 2022, the Montana Clean Resources Committee of the Montana Assembly mailed a ‘Notice and Agreement of the Facts in Evidence’ to living souls acting as public officials.

The Notice contained factual evidence of:

  • Geoengineering, commonly called ‘chemtrails’.
  • That ‘chemtrails’ violate treaties.
  • That their duty and obligation is to end the ‘chemtrails’.

The Notice also contains the following statement:

“by our sending you this good faith agreement, we do attempt to ascertain all the facts in honor. If you have any reason or proof to suggest or provide to us, that the foregoing statements of the facts are not true, you are being offered the opportunity to refute these offered facts so as to clear yourself of any assumptive contractual awareness of the truth of such facts.”

As of June 13, 2023, no refutation of the facts in evidence has been offered by the recipients of the Notice. Therefore, they know, agree, and fail to do their duty and obligation. The Montana Clean Resources Committee publishes this document to hold them accountable. Every living soul acting as public official on the list received a Notice.

Committee Outcomes

Rebuttals

On July 3, 2022, the Montana Clean Resources Committee of the Montana Assembly mailed a ‘Notice and Agreement of the Facts in Evidence’ to 171 living souls who act as government officials.

The Notice is 24 statements of fact, including but not limited to:

  • The existence of Geoengineering, commonly called ‘chemtrails’.
  • That these ‘chemtrails’ violate treaties signed and ratified by the United States.
  • That their duty and obligation is to end the ‘chemtrails’.

The Notice offers them the opportunity to refute these statements of fact.

They are requested to “respond within 30 days of receipt of this notice with any rebuttal to these facts.”

As of June 13, 2023, no refutation or rebuttal to the facts has been offered by the recipients of the Notice.

We did receive a communique’ titled DEPARTMENT OF THE AIR FORCE stating that The United States Air Force receives a number of such inquiries on weather modification and “chemtrails” and welcomes the opportunity to set the record straight. Further, it is claimed that the U.S. Air Force does not conduct or engage in weather modification. The first paged is “signed” at the lower-right with a scanned and re-printed computer image subtitled CHARLES B. McDANIEL, Brig Gen, USAF.

The Montana Clean Resources Committee posts the communique’ in full so the reader may decide if indeed, DEPARTMENT OF THE AIR FORCE, The United States Air Force, U.S. Air Force, or CHARLES B. McDANIEL, Brig Gen, USAF has “set the record straight”.
